Design A Business Card
With All the Right Elements

When you design a business card, it is important to consider what information you will supply.

The information supplied on the card is just as important as the design and look.

As a business card specialist, I have acquired a great amount of experience in business card design.

I have designed this page to help you know what to include on your business card.

What Information To Include On A Business Card?

Don't think that the customer will always remember everything about you and your business. Because the card holder usually won't remember everything about you, you should include what I call the "must haves" of a business card.

A business card must always include:

  1. Your business name and/or your name.
  2. The full address. This will include the street, city, state, and zip code.
  3. Company phone number(s) such as office, cell, or fax.
  4. What the business does or what services it provides.

The Business Card Questionnaire

Does your business card serve you well? This short questionnaire will help you know whether your card is providing enough information. All well designed business cards should be able to answer, these questions posted below, for the cardholder.

  1. Who are you?
  2. What does your business do or provide?
  3. What makes you different from other businesses like you?
  4. Why should I remember or consider about your business?
  5. How can I get in contact with you?
